They were very accommodating, scheduled an appointment quickly and were able to change it at the last minute when I needed them to. The technician found the issue quickly, and was honest and up front on how much the repair would cost vs. how much the appliance was worth. We decided to replace the washer instead of repair. Professional Service!

Called at around 8 for an appointment. Arranged a 2 hour window for 2-4 p.m. and he called at 12 to offer to come early. He arrived and went to work. Said that this was a common problem and that nothing that we did contributed to our Maytag refrigerator going down. He changed the parts and left with a personal check.

I called multiple companies on Mon morning for service on my dishwasher. They were the only ones that would come on the same day AND they had the lowest estimate fee. Turned out to be a minor fix, took no longer than 10 min. No jacked up fees. The technician was extremely polite and helpful. Not only did he fix it but he showed us how to maintain it ourselves should it happen again. I am definitely keeping his card in my files for future needs.

We’ve had several problems with our microwave oven since we installed it five years ago. The problems were mostly circuit card-related, which we just found out could have been caused by electrical surges. Another problem developed recently, this one with the turntable which we thought was circuit card-related. We found Expert Appliance Service on Angie’s List, the source we use for all service providers. We contacted them via email on a weekend for these non-emergency repairs. They responded the same day and we set up an appointment. They diagnosed the problem (mechanical), ordered the parts, and returned the following week to complete the repairs. Expert Appliance is a professional company in all respects – technically competent, punctual, fair, and polite. We plan to use them for all future appliance repairs for our home and rental properties.
